Job summary

TUI Musement Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive on a maternity cover contract for 9 months to join our team. You will manage invoicing, payments, and full cycle bookkeeping while supporting internal controls and audits.

Based in Singapore, you will handle GST processes, intercompany communications, and employee expense claims, ensuring timely, accurate financial operations within our Tours & Activities business.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience across the full spectrum of accounting and finance.
• Experience in external audits.
• Proven track record in GST compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Meticulous with numbers and data accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices and prepare payments in line with company policies and internal controls.
• Perform bookkeeping for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Clear and reconcile cost accruals within the reservation system and ensure cost matching.
• Handle queries from employees, intercompany stakeholders, and vendors promptly.
• Process employee expense claims including travel and miscellaneous expenses.
• Issue ad hoc invoices to clients and intercompany entities per billing instructions.

About The Job

• You'll process incoming invoices and prepare payments in line with our company policies and internal control procedures.
• We need you to perform bookkeeping functions for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Accurate clearing and reconciliation of cost accruals within our reservation system will be part of your day-to-day through proper cost matching.
• Handling queries and correspondence from employees, intercompany stakeholders, and vendors in a timely and professional manner is key.
• You'll process employee expense claims, including travel and miscellaneous business expenses.
• Issuing ad hoc invoices to clients and intercompany entities based on approved billing instructions will keep you engaged.

About You

• You bring proven experience in the full spectrum of accounting and finance.
• Experience in external audits
• Proven track record in GST
• A Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Your stakeholder management and communication skills help you build strong relationships.
• Being meticulous with an aptitude for numbers comes naturally to you.
• You're resourceful and comfortable working independently.
