Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore seeks a Finance Operations professional for a 1-year contract (renewable) based at One North. Responsibilities include AP/AR processing, GL maintenance, reconciliations and audit support, with SAP experience preferred.

Candidate should have a diploma/degree in finance-related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on grants and project budgets. Working hours are 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in finance operations/ research administration / grant management.
• Experience in SAP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoice verification, payments and collections.
• Maintain the general ledger (GL) and prepare journal entries.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations, and explain variances or reclassifications.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, and prepare supporting schedules.
• Review staff and expense claims for completeness and correct charging.
• Prepare documentation for internal, external and grant audits; respond to auditors’ queries and coordinate with auditors.
