Job summary

BEVERAGE CONTAINER RETURN SCHEME (BCRS) LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive to support accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate records, compliance with statutory requirements, and management reporting.

You will handle accounts receivable/payable, reconciliations, budgeting, grants administration, audit support, and financial documentation. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a diploma or degree in accounting/finance, and strong Excel and Dynamics Business Central skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics BC.
• Experience with grants administration or non-profit sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivables/payables, employee claims, and payments.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile daily interfaced transactions and receipts; highlight and update any discrepancies.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage grant utilisation and reporting.
• Support annual audit and regulatory filing requirements.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
