Job summary

KOE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites applications for a finance professional reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting budgetary controls, managing arrears, grants and assets, and handling inter-fund transfers and tax reporting. You will monitor local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines, assist in annual budgeting, maintain robust records, and guide Finance Assistants/Officers in AR, AP and GL tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ LCCI
• Strong analytical thought process
• Meticulous and able to work independently and as a team player
• Prior staff management experience is advantageous (not required)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ LCCI with minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in Town Council
• Strong analytical thought process, able to handle tight timeline and stress
• Meticulous and can work independently and as a team player
• Prior experience in staff management and able to start within a short period will be advantageous
