Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Contract Accounts Executive for a 6-month on-site role at Tanjong Pagar. You will support monthly financial reporting, assist in month-end close and reconciliations, and manage vendor payments and cashflow reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting/finance with at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong Excel skills to handle GST and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting/finance experience or internship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Support month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage vendor payments, intercompany settlements, and cashflow reporting.
• Assist in GST and withholding tax filings.
• Perform SG&A expense analysis, collections and working capital monitoring.
• Coordinate bank dealings for LC and bank guarantees.
• Support auditors and tax agents.
