R.J. Crocker Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the accounting function. You will report to the Finance Director and handle full sets of accounts, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings.

You will prepare cash flow projections, budgeting for projects, management reports, and assist with audits, GST and tax submissions. This role requires multitasking, independence, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Diploma or professional qualification in accountancy.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to multitask and work with cross-departments.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Independent work style with minimal supervision.
• Positive working attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Report to Finance Director.
• Perform full sets of accounts and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare progress claims and submit to client.
• Prepare month-end closing.
• Prepare cashflow projection analysis and budgeting for each project.
• Prepare monthly management reports, yearly budget and profitability analysis.
• In-Charge of audit process.
• Preparation of CPF, GST and tax submission.
• Monitoring stand-in arrangement and provide costing advice.
• Prepare and process invoices.
• Manage bank loans, facilities and hire purchases.

Requirements
