Job summary

Sing Wah Enterprise Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable accounts professional to manage full-set accounting, GST returns, and project cost tracking for a building services contractor. You will prepare month-end close, liaise with auditors and banks, and support budgeting and cash flow monitoring while applying Singapore GST and SFRS.

5-day work week and AWS pro-rated. Applicants should have diploma/degree in accounting or finance or ACCA, at least 2 years' experience, and proficiency in

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-set accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST and SFRS.
• Experience in construction or engineering industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing, and prepare management reports.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Track project costs, progress claims, retention sums and receivables against project budgets.
• Process supplier and subcontractor payments, and follow up on outstanding collections.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and banks.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and ad hoc finance tasks.

Job Responsibilities

What We Offer

• 5-day work week,Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 14 days annual leave,increasing by 1 day per year from the 3rd year of service, up to a maximum of18 days
• Annual Wage Supplement(AWS) of 1 month, pro-rated
