Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager/Owner to lead product strategy in a fintech environment.

Based at our Bras Basah location, you will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to shape requirements, align with business goals, and drive the product lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization. You will prioritise the backlog, work with engineering to plan timelines, and monitor progress, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., CS, engineering, business, finance, IT).
• Proven experience as Product Manager/Owner/PMO/Coordinator in fintech or tech.
• Hands-on product lifecycle management across ideation to post-launch.
• Technical background with software/web tech knowledge.
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA, Statsig, PostHog) and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
• PM certification (e.g., PSPO/CSPO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather requirements with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams; define scope and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise backlog and manage lifecycle from conceptualisation to post-launch optimization.
• Break down requirements into actionable engineering tasks and plan timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Translate technical concepts for business audiences and report status to leadership.
• Conduct user testing and internal validation; triage issues and communicate outcomes.
• Drive adoption and engagement by analysing usage and improving retention.
• Engage with product owners and departments to gather feedback for improvements.
• Define key metrics, monitor analytics, and report performance.
