You will gather requirements, document functional specs, design and test ERP financial modules (GL, AP, AR), and provide user training and post-implementation support in a fast-paced regional environment. The role demands strong communication and stakeholder coordination.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on ERP Financial Modules experience (GL, AP, AR, or equivalent).
• Background in Computer Science or Information Systems with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency with prototyping and documentation tools such as Axure or XMind (bonus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

They are seeking a skilled Finance ERP Consultant to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that system solutions are aligned with client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in end-to-end ERP project delivery within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support ERP implementation projects
• Recommend and evaluate effective functional solutions that address client business needs
• Verify and validate business requirements against functional specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Act as the primary liaison between technical development teams and end-users or client representatives
• Develop, review, and execute test scenarios , test scripts, and test plans to ensure solution quality
• Identify gaps or issues during testing phases and work with relevant teams to drive resolution
• Conduct ERP system training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users during and after implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ERP Financial Modules (e.g. GL, AP, AR, or equivalent)
• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with solid software engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in prototyping and documentation tools such as Axure, XMind, or similar (is a bonus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
