You will gather requirements, document functional specs, design and test ERP financial modules (GL, AP, AR), and provide user training and post-implementation support in a fast-paced regional environment. The role demands strong communication and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ERP Financial Modules experience (GL, AP, AR, or equivalent).
• Background in Computer Science or Information Systems with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency with prototyping and documentation tools such as Axure or XMind (bonus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for ERP implementation projects.
• Recommend and evaluate functional solutions addressing client needs.
• Verify requirements against functional specs for accuracy and completeness.
• Act as liaison between development teams and end-users or client reps.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, scripts, and plans to ensure solution quality.
• Identify gaps during testing and drive resolution with relevant teams.
• Conduct ERP training sessions and provide ongoing end-user support.
