Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (Finance ERP) to configure, manage, and optimise the government's ERP financial processes, integrating Oracle Fusion Finance and SAP S/4HANA Cloud with GBX and other systems.

You will lead ERP implementations, develop sophisticated financial reports, and provide training while maintaining platform delivery quality and governance across ministries and agencies.

Qualifications

• Expert in Agile with enterprise ERP platforms.
• Deep Oracle Fusion Finance or SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Strong business process analysis and finance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise ERP: Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres.
• Lead ERP implementations and upgrades with government systems.
• Develop financial reports and AI-enabled analytics.
• Provide user guidance and training.
• Govern vendor delivery with technical authority.
• Ensure platform standards and maintainability across ministries.
