JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. seeks a Finance ERP Specialist to analyze finance workflows, design future-state processes, and propose ERP solutions for government operations. You will configure financial structures, including COA, cost centres, and workflows, and develop advanced reports leveraging AI for analytics.

Responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, challenging legacy practices, and ensuring durable knowledge and governance across complex government ERP ecosystems.

Qualifications

Demonstrate strong ownership, independently drive moderately complex to advanced scopes.
Ability to uphold engineering standards and uplift team capabilities.
Proficient in Agile practices and major ERP platforms with GAAP/IFRS knowledge.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive business process analysis of finance workflows and propose ERP solutions.
Design future-state processes and standardise using ERP capabilities and clean-core principles.
Lead requirements workshops and resolve conflicting requirements with stakeholders.
Configure and customise Finance ERP components including COA, cost/profit centres, and workflows.
Develop financial reports and leverage AI for analytics while guiding users.
