Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Business Enablement Manager – Accountant in Singapore to oversee accounting and invoicing for trust structures and support EAM statements for PvB. The role includes training junior colleagues and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities involve bookkeeping, financial statement prep, audits liaison, invoicing, and data preparation for MAS/CRS filings, with a hybrid work setup in a permanent role.

Qualifications

• ACCA, AAT, CPA, or recognised accountancy qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and client accounting roles.
• Member of Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeep accounts and prepare financial statements for SCTS trust structures.
• Peer review of financial statements for less complex structures.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for regulatory filing and audit needs.
• Assist in issuing SCTS fee invoices for trust structures.
• Prepare internal and external reporting related to trust and SCTS activities.
