Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a Business Enablement Manager – Accountant to support accounting and invoicing for trust structures managed by the Singapore Trust Company, and to prepare EAM Retrocession Fee statements for PvB FIM desk. The role includes training junior colleagues and contributing to regulatory reporting and internal data projects.

The ideal candidate has ACCA/AAT/CPA qualifications and 5+ years in finance roles, with experience in trust banks or related fields.

Qualifications

• ACCA, AAT, CPA, or recognised accountancy qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and client accounting roles.
• Member of Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial information support aligned with the group strategy for business consideration.
• Assist in preparation of External Asset Management Retrocession Fee statements for PvB FIM desk.
• Bookkeep the accounts and prepare financial statements for trust structures and SCTS-managed entities.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Assist in preparing internal and external reports (RM scorecard, equity aggregation, data extraction) and MAS/CRS/FATCA filings.
