Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a Business Enablement Manager – Accountant to support the Team Leader with accounting and invoicing for trust structures managed by SCTS, and to prepare EAM retrocession fee statements for the PvB FIM desk. The role includes handling internal and external reporting, liaising with auditors and tax agents, and providing training to junior colleagues.

Ideal candidates hold ACCA/AAT/CPA qualifications with 5+ years in finance or client accounting, preferably

Qualifications

• ACCA, AAT, CPA or recognised accountancy qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and client accounting roles; prior trust company/banking exposure is advantageous.
• Member of Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeep the accounts and prepare financial statements for trust structures and company managed by SCTS.
• Peer review of financial statements for less complex structures.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for regulatory financial reporting.
