Job summary

PSA Corporation in Singapore is seeking a dedicated finance professional to support FP&A, budgeting and reporting for Singapore and SEA units. You will prepare monthly reports, analyze variances, consolidate data and support process improvements.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Accountancy or Finance, strong Excel skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across functions. This is a hands-on, on-site role in a dynamic finance team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy or Finance.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling financial data.
• Self-motivated, organised and hands-on.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across different functions.
• Knowledge of data analytics, visualisation or automation tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly management reports, forecasts and annual budgets for the business units.
• Perform financial and variance analysis and highlight key trends or areas needing attention.
• Assist in collection, consolidation and validation of financial and operational data to ensure timely reporting.
• Support FP&A team in analysing business performance, costs and profitability.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information and follow up on financial matters.
• Maintain and improve financial processes, reporting templates and internal controls.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Assist in preparation of financial analysis and basic models for projects and capex.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
