• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with RTSO's business objectives.
• Leverage financial reporting and data analytics tools to provide insights for performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore and Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards.
• Prepare and present financial management reports and strategic recommendations to CEO, Board and stakeholders.
• Drive financial risk management and cost optimization across the organization.
• Implement transfer pricing and cross-border taxation strategies for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Direct accounting operations during transitions between project phases and drive automation of processes.
• Enhance and automate accounting processes and implement system controls.
