Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Finance Manager for the SMB Segment to act as the key finance business partner and advisor as the SMB business evolves. You will consolidate financial performance across Fixed, Mobile and Channel Sales, translate insights into actions that drive growth and profitability, and support strategic decisions with robust financial governance.

You'll lead monthly closes, forecast cycles and budgets, assess new products and capex proposals with ROIC and NPV analyses, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
Strong FP&A, business partnering, reporting, forecasting and budgeting experience.
Strong modelling capabilities evaluating ROIC and NPV.
Knowledge of IFRS 15, controls and governance.
Ability to translate financial performance into actionable business recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient with SAP BW, Cognos and Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead SMB financial performance consolidation across Fixed, Mobile and Channel Sales.
Be the Finance Business Partner for SMB Segment Head.
Manage monthly close and provide FP&A support for SMB products.
Analyze variances against budget and forecast for timely actions.
Drive quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
Develop financial models for Capex, promos, and ROI analyses.
Support audits and ensure strong financial controls.
Translate market and competitive insights into financial recommendations.
