SUMMIT TALENT PTE. LIMITED is recruiting a Head of Finance for a leading construction and engineering company in Singapore.

You will oversee the finance function, drive financial planning, reporting and controls, and lead a small team to deliver accurate management accounts and insights to support strategic decisions. The role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance, strong experience in financial management, ERP systems (Dynamics 365 BC preferred), and excellent analytical and leadership

Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or related field.
Strong background in financial management, controllership or treasury.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Monitor budgets, costs, margins and profitability.
Oversee AP, AR, GL, reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, tax and statutory requirements.
Manage relationships with auditors, tax agents, banks and advisers.
Strengthen controls, processes and reporting systems.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decisions.
Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
Support ad-hoc finance projects and initiatives.
