Michael Page International Pte Ltd. is recruiting for a senior finance leader to oversee the Asia region, reporting to the Group CFO. The role focuses on leading the finance function, driving growth, governance and transformation across multiple markets.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, supply chain and corporate functions to deliver robust financial performance and strategic initiatives across Asia.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in regulated industries.
• Experience overseeing finance activities across multiple countries and legal entities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with commercial leadership teams.
• Experience leading finance transformation and operating model initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, tax and audit requirements.

Job De ion

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead the finance function across Asia and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across multiple markets. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead regional finance operations, ensuring consistent execution across multiple Asian markets
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes to support business growth
• Deliver actionable financial insights, profitability analysis and management reporting
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders on pricing, investment decisions and margin enhancement initiatives
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, statutory compliance and risk management frameworks
• Optimise working capital, cash flow performance and financial efficiency across the region
• Support regional transformation programmes, process improvements and future finance operating model initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or other regulated industries
• Proven experience overseeing finance activities across multiple countries and legal entities
• Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, tax and audit requirements
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner effectively with commercial leadership teams
• Experience leading finance transformation, systems implementation or operating model enhancement projects
