Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking an accomplished Finance Leader to head the regional finance function across Asia. You will partner with senior leaders to drive growth, transformation and robust financial governance, while delivering insights across multiple markets.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, shaping the regional finance operating model and ensuring strong controls, tax compliance, and financial reporting across diverse countries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in regulated industries.
• Experience overseeing finance activities across multiple countries and legal entities.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, tax and audit requirements.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with commercial leadership.
• Experience leading finance transformation, systems implementation or operating model enhancements.

Job Description

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead the finance function across Asia and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across multiple markets. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead regional finance operations, ensuring consistent execution across multiple Asian markets
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes to support business growth
• Deliver actionable financial insights, profitability analysis and management reporting
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders on pricing, investment decisions and margin enhancement initiatives
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, statutory compliance and risk management frameworks
• Optimise working capital, cash flow performance and financial efficiency across the region
• Support regional transformation programmes, process improvements and future finance operating model initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or other regulated industries
• Proven experience overseeing finance activities across multiple countries and legal entities
• Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, tax and audit requirements
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner effectively with commercial leadership teams
• Experience leading finance transformation, systems implementation or operating model enhancement projects
