Michael Page is partnering with a globally recognised healthcare and pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a senior regional finance leader. You will oversee Asia finance operations, partner with senior leaders, drive planning, and deliver insights to improve profitability and growth.

You will report to the Group CFO and collaborate with commercial, supply chain and corporate functions to shape the finance operating model for the region.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in regulated industries.
• Experience overseeing finance activities across multiple countries and entities.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, tax and audit.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional finance operations, ensuring consistent execution across multiple Asian markets.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes to support business growth.
• Deliver actionable financial insights, profitability analysis and management reporting.
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders on pricing, investment decisions and margin enhancement initiatives.
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, statutory compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Optimise working capital, cash flow performance and financial efficiency across the region.
• Support regional transformation programmes, process improvements and future finance operating model initiatives.
