Job description

Finance cum Payroll Officer | Up to $4.4k | Tanjong Penjuru

Working Hours: 8.15am - 5pm (Mon - Fri), 1 day work from home per week

Salary: $3500 - $4400

Location: Tanjong Penjuru Cres, Pick up transport either at Jurong East MRT / Bouna Vista MRT area

Transport Allowance: $10 per day (if employee is physically present for work)

Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll processing
• Handle and process volume rebate and commission
• Maintain & safekeep volume rebate, commission contracts and master file
• Update master file such as contractual party, product and different tier % rates
• Handle SAP accrual of volume rebate and commission
• Handle drop shipment orders
• Carry out month-end closing activities
• Assist in budget preparation
• Handle government surveys

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years of regional experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Familiar with SAP and Easy Pay Software
