Job summary

XIANG SIGNATURE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts, ensure timely month-end and year-end closings, and produce monthly management reports and financial statements in Singapore.

The role involves GST compliance, reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and liaison with auditors and authorities. Candidates should have a degree in accounting with ACCA or equivalent, experience handling high-volume transactions, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in F&B industry.
• Degree in Accounting with ACCA certification or equivalent.
• Prior experience in managing full set of accounts and voluminous transactions.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting terms.
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliation and General Ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
• Prepare audit schedules and support annual audit.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow management and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements.
