Job summary

Apexharmony is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead month-end close, management accounts and financial reporting, delivering timely insights to management and key committees while strengthening internal controls and governance.

You will drive budgeting and forecasting, identify risks and opportunities, partner with stakeholders, and build a high-performing team in a healthcare/non-profit setting, with initiative to push boundaries and turn challenges into clear solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related field required.
• At least 5–7 years of financial experience, ideally in healthcare or non-profit settings.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative and business sense to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing bank reconciliations, payments and account coding for accuracy and discipline.
• Leading accurate month-end closing, management accounts and financial reporting.
