Job summary

Apex Harmony Lodge seeks a seasoned finance leader to oversee critical financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting and strong governance. You will manage month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive responsible resource use.

We value curiosity, initiative and a proactive approach to improving controls and systems, with 5–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare or non-profit settings preferred.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA.
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant financial experience.
  • Healthcare or non-profit sector experience is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing bank reconciliations, payments and account coding to ensure accuracy and discipline.
  • Leading accurate and timely month-end closing, management accounts and financial reporting.
  • Strengthening audit readiness and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
  • Delivering insights and recommendations to management and key committees.
  • Turning financial data into meaningful insights that support better decisions.
  • Championing strong financial governance, compliance and internal controls.
  • Building a dependable and high-performing finance team.

  • holds a Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA
