Circles is seeking a high‑performing Finance Business Partner Manager to lead B2C segments. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Product and Operations to accelerate growth and optimize performance metrics.

The role delivers strategic insights, robust financial modeling, and ongoing planning across group segments, turning operational indicators into actionable guidance for pricing, retention and margins. A hands‑on role with high visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 8–10 years FP&A/FBP experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Telco or Tech scale‑ups is highly desirable.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Proven ability to partner with senior non‑finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main financial advisor for B2C leadership, collaborating with marketing, sales, product and operations.
• Lead budgeting, long‑term planning, and recursive forecast cycles for the B2C segment.
• Build projections for revenue, costs, margins and user growth; monitor variances.
• Develop financial cases, evaluate new launches and strategic growth initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity, enforce controls, and improve FP&A platforms.
