Job summary

Circles is seeking a high‑performing Finance Business Partner Manager to lead B2C segments across Circles Group, reporting to the VP, Head of Strategic Finance. You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Products and Operations to accelerate sustainable expansion and optimize performance metrics.

Translate financial insights into executive guidance to drive pricing, acquisition, retention, margins, and unit economics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus; 8–10 years FP&A/FBP experience with managerial scope.
Experience in Telco or Tech scale-ups desirable; strong budgeting & forecasting.
Proven ability to partner with senior non‑finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Business Partnering: serve as the main financial advisor for B2C leadership with cross‑functional partners.
Financial Planning and Forecasting: lead long‑term planning, budgeting, and forecast cycles.
Commercial and Customer Analytics: evaluate CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU, margins.
Business Cases and Strategic Projects: build financial models for new launches and channels.
Controls and Governance: ensure data integrity and financial controls across consumer operations.
