Job summary

Circles is seeking a seasoned VP, Consumer Operations & Growth to lead a unified SME growth engine across Circles markets and client engagements. The role blends commercial acumen with operational rigour to translate strategy into measurable execution in fast-growing environments.

You will integrate SME functions including CVM, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand, Research and Operations into a single growth engine, enable revenue and sales teams, and drive customer outcomes across platform

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in consumer growth, operations or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead a high-performance growth engine across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead SME growth engine across consumer functions.
• Provide strategic and operational support to improve customer acquisition, retention, monetization and engagement.
• Drive revenue growth, margin expansion and monetization strategies.
• Own senior stakeholder engagement across platform clients and drive growth discussions.
• Establish weekly operating cadence and governance with KPI-led execution.
