ALPHA LADDER AI PTE. LTD. seeks a Finance Business Partner to work with product, commercial, operations and leadership across payments, card and digital asset lines.

You will perform hands-on FP&A, modelling, data analysis and cross-functional support to translate financial insight into commercial decisions. You will own budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, develop financial models, and partner with business heads to refine product economics while navigating a fast-changing regulatory

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering within payments/fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on orientation with ownership of strategic analysis and execution.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for the assigned units.
• Develop and maintain financial models covering cost simulation, pricing, and scenario planning.
• Extract, structure, and analyze financial and operational data for management reports.
• Partner with business heads to review performance and inform commercial decisions.
• Support product launches and cross-jurisdictional expansion with financial analysis.
• Identify finance process improvements and drive automation initiatives.
• Support ad hoc analysis, business cases, and board/investor materials.
