PERSOL Singapore invites an Assistant Manager, Finance for a 1 year contract in Singapore West. You will partner with academic and administrative stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, ensuring alignment with School and University priorities.

You will oversee revenue management, cash flow, procurement, and governance, delivering timely reports and actionable insights. Strong Excel, SAP, and BI tool experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification beneficial
• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A and Controllership
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Able to operate in a fast-paced matrix environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of SAP and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Ariba) advantageous

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to provide financial advice and support data-driven decision-making
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and identify risks and opportunities
• Oversee revenue management and receivables processes for timely recognition and cash flow
• Review funding and budget requests and provide recommendations
• Prepare management reports and translate financial information into insights
• Support procurement, payments, asset management, closing, audit, and governance
• Support Finance Business Partner in other matters
