Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Finance Analyst on a 1-year contract to join the transformation team. You will support the Finance Director, consolidate data, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities include month-end close support, dashboards, cross-functional coordination, and ad hoc analyses. The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting, 1–2 years' experience, SAP experience, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. AI productivity tools familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience; internship experience will be considered.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Finance Director in day-to-day finance operations through financial reporting, data consolidation, and project support.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources, update dashboards and trackers, and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, management reports, and performance analyses.
• Support month-end closing activities, including data collection, reconciliations, and validation checks.
• Prepare presentation materials, reports, and summaries for management meetings.
• Coordinate information and documentation across internal stakeholders and regional teams.
