Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an Assistant Manager, Finance (1 Year Contract) in Singapore to partner with academic and administrative stakeholders, deliver budgeting and forecasting, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for management. You will oversee revenue recognition, collections, and cash flow while supporting procurement and governance processes.

The role requires a degree in Accountancy/Finance and a CA qualification is beneficial.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Accountancy or Finance is required.
Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Partner with academic and administrative stakeholders to provide financial advice and support data-driven decision-making.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and identify risks and opportunities to enhance financial outcomes.
Oversee revenue management and receivables processes to ensure timely revenue recognition, effective collections, and strong cash flow management.
Review funding and budget requests, evaluate business cases, and provide recommendations to support management decisions.
Prepare management reports and financial analyses, translating complex financial information into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Maintain effective financial operations and governance by supporting procurement.
Support Finance Business Partner in any other matters.
