Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the OSS team at the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF). You will oversee financial operations, revenue management, budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring, driving process improvements and automation.

You will collaborate with procurement, BI, and HR to ensure compliance, support month-end close, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting or related field required.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance operations or revenue assurance.
• Professional finance qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Experience with BI tools and data analytics is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Workday and invoicing workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, revenue management and budgeting.
• Lead forecasting, cash flow management and KPI reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation of invoicing workflows.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
