Job summary

National Environment Agency is seeking a senior finance operations professional to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring at the Integrated Waste Management Facility. The role requires 5–10 years in finance operations, with ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred, and experience in BI tools like Power BI/Tableau and Workday.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in finance operations, revenue assurance, or FP&A.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are highly preferred.
• Experience with revenue reconciliation, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Hands-on in process automation and invoicing/workflow improvements.
• End-to-end BI projects including data modelling and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Drive invoicing workflows and revenue realization across multiple streams.
• Lead financial planning, variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support BI initiatives: data collection, modelling, and visualization.
• Coordinate HR-related deliverables and training participation analytics.
