Job summary

AZIMUT INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SINGAPORE LTD. is seeking a motivated Finance Associate to support day-to-day finance and business operations under the Finance and Operations Manager. You will handle accounting operations, revenue and fee administration, regulatory reporting, audits, and process improvements.

The role demands a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative professional who embraces technology and AI to enhance workflows within a Singapore-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, finance operations, or financial services.
• Understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards; experience with Xero or similar accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing, and expense claims.
• Assist with calculation, reconciliation, and accounting of management fees, performance fees, retrocession income, and other revenue.
• Support financial closing processes, including preparation of financial reports, supporting schedules, and management information.
• Assist with statutory financial statements, tax filings, annual audits, and regulatory reports and submissions, including MAS.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers, and provide administrative and documentation support for internal governance and business meetings.
• Contribute to process improvement and undertake other responsibilities in support of the Finance function and the Company’s business operations.

The role covers accounting operations, revenue and fee administration, financial and regulatory reporting, audits, management reporting, and process improvement.
