Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on accounting professional to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. You will manage full sets of accounts, perform reconciliations, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

The role requires an accounting diploma or degree, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Relevant experience is an advantage, and you will contribute to maintaining strong internal controls within the finance team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Relevant accounting experience is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and daily bookkeeping functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Process billings, receipts and collections.
• Process invoices and payments with proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
