Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to join its Finance team in Singapore. You will support treasury, accounts payable, fixed assets, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in month‑end closes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, and the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders. Prior SAP experience is advantageous, and a degree in accounting or finance is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP accounting software is an advantage.
• Adequate knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rolling 3-month cashflow projections for Group Finance.
• Prepare monthly cash forecast variance.
• Prepare annual budget and projected cashflow statement.
• Plan withdrawal and placement of STP and LTP for optimum cash management.
• Manage Treasury for optimum cash management.
• Prepare annual Forecast and Budget for Finance income.
• Review bank recon.
• Handle Epay related queries and guidance to avoid payment delays.
• Review AP ageing reports and reconciliation.
• Manage Fixed Assets including annual verification and IO code creation.
• Review FA schedules.
• Assist in month-end close and liaise with Shared Services for accuracy and timelines.
• Prepare monthly OPEX for all cost centers and variance analysis.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports to Cluster.
• Ensure cost centres’ approvers are updated in ePay/eSundry/SAP portals.
