SQUARE FRESCO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance/Accounts assistant in Singapore to support daily finance and accounting tasks. You will prepare vouchers and invoices, maintain records, monitor payments, and assist with monthly reports, working with internal teams and suppliers.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in accounting or finance, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Construction/ACMV exposure is a plus; strong communication and team work are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the construction or ACMV industry will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Assist in daily finance and accounting administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers, invoices and financial documents.
• Maintain proper filing of financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist in monitoring customer payments and supplier outstanding balances.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and payment records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments on payment matters.
• Assist in monitoring company expenses and cash flow records.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper maintenance of financial records.
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by Management.
