Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate administrative functions
• Prepare all AP vouchers, flooring/trust receipt documents and input into accounting system
• Process, verify and reconcile invoices and employee claims with supporting documents
• Administer GIRO, cheque and direct debit payments
• Ensure timely and accurate input of details into the accounting system for reports
• Process and coordinate salesman commissions at month-end with approvals
• Assist on ad-hoc administrative tasks
