Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
• Singaporean candidates preferred, subject to fair and merit-based hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Operations: input supplier invoices, ensure proper approvals, and record accurately.
• Bank Reconciliation: perform reconciliations and resolve differences in a timely manner.
• Tax, Audit, and Compliance Support: assist GST submissions and maintain audit-ready records.
• Budgeting and Reporting Support: assist in yearly budgeting and prepare supporting schedules.
• Finance and Corporate Administration: handle general finance admin duties and filing.
