Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for an Accounts Payable role on a 6‑month contract. The role involves processing donations (credit card and cheque), supporting payment processing, and assisting with procurement system projects. Based at Toa Payoh, you will work Monday to Friday with a competitive remuneration.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accountancy with 5+ years AP experience, excels in MS Office, and is detail‑minded and reliable. Knowledge of Dynamics NAV is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision will be an advantage.
• Able to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• A person of integrity who upholds professionalism, exercises prudence, works well in a team and possesses a positive attitude.
• Able to commit to 6 months contract.
• Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Process credit card donations from donation mailers and accurately enter details into the payment terminal.
• Process cheque donations and prepare deposit slips.
• Accompany a CPD colleague to Wellness Centre to collect donations from donation boxes.
• Assist the Senior Executive in collating invoices, purchase orders, requisitions and other documents for payment processing.
• File and maintain supporting documents in vendor folders and liaise with users to follow up on outstanding items.
• Participate in planning and implementation of the eProcurement system.
