Job summary

Home Nursing Foundation in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented accounts professional to manage donations processing, cheque handling and payment documentation. You will support AP activities and drive accuracy in financial records.

You will participate in the planning and implementation of the eProcurement system, maintain vendor files, and work closely with the team to ensure timely processing and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy with at least 5 years of AP experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with eProcurement systems is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Integrity, professionalism, teamwork and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card donations and cheque donations, including deposits and documentation.
• Assist Senior Executive in collating invoices, POs, requisitions and other documents for payment processing.
• File and maintain supporting documents in vendor folders and liaise on outstanding items.
• Participate in planning and implementation of the eProcurement system.
