Think People Solutions, a Singapore-based international sustainability business, seeks a Finance & Compliance Lead to govern governance, tax compliance, and regulatory obligations across three Singapore subsidiaries. This role focuses on compliance and stakeholder management rather than bookkeeping or routine reporting.

You will act as resident director for the three entities, own corporate tax and GST where applicable, manage transfer pricing documentation, audits, and liaise with regulators

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of finance, tax or compliance experience.
• Hands-on experience owning Singapore corporate tax and ACRA compliance.
• Knowledge of Singapore transfer pricing rules and documentation.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as resident director for three Singapore entities and manage corporate governance and ACRA filings.
• Own Singapore corporate tax, GST (where applicable), withholding tax, and statutory compliance.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
• Coordinate statutory audits, external tax advisers, and banking/KYC requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or PR, ordinarily resident in Singapore and eligible to act as a company director.
• CA (Singapore), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• 8-12 years of relevant finance, tax, or compliance experience.
• Hands-on experience owning Singapore corporate tax and ACRA compliance.
• Working knowledge of Singapore transfer pricing rules and documentation.
• Experience managing statutory audits, banks, and external advisers.
• Ability to work independently with teams based overseas.
