Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced senior finance leader to oversee the full spectrum of group accounting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

The role requires 15+ years in accounting/audit, with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity, and strong hands-on experience in consolidations, real estate, SGX reporting, and systems like SAP and Tagetik.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 15 years of relevant accounting experience and/or audit experience with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity
• Experienced in managing/handling a large group and complex consolidation
• Well-versed in GAAP and IFRS
• Experience in SAP and Tagetik would be highly advantageous
• Experience in real estate industry and SGX reporting is a clear advantage
• Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible, assertive, and experienced in managing people and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills, responsible, meticulous, good team leader and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of group accounting and management reporting functions, in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies
• Oversee financial and management reporting for the Group’s fee business and finance business partnering
• Prepare and analyse group financial and management reports, quarterly reports to the shareholder, Audit and Risk Committee, and Board of Directors; liaise with external auditors for year-end close
• Drive implementation of group accounting policies and finance processes and systems
• Assist in ad-hoc projects relating to system roll-out, process improvement and new accounting standards
• Support any ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of group accounting and management reporting functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
• To oversee the financial and management reporting requirement of the Group’s fee business as well as finance business partnering.
• In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial and management reports, quarterly reports to the shareholder, Audit and Risk Committee and Board of Directors, liaising with external auditors for year-end closing.
• Key driver for implementation of group accounting policies and finance processes and systems.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects relating to system roll-out, process improvement and new accounting standards.
• Support any ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant accounting experiences and /or audit experiences with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity, managing a reasonably large team.
• Experienced in managing/handling a large group and complex consolidation.
