Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and month-end close processes. You will manage purchase orders, process invoices in SAP, and maintain accurate financial data while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement and Technology.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in accounting or finance, has strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, macros) and a good grasp of SAP.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline and above
• Accounting background is a must
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and macros
• Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system is an advantage
• Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership
• Good communication skills and able to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create purchase requisitions and goods receipts using the SAP system
• Process invoice payments accurately and on time
• Maintain financial data and ensure entries are accurate and up to date
• Support senior managers in budget planning, forecasting and monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX utilisation
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, utilisation trends and forecast dashboards
• Highlight key risks, variances and budget movements to stakeholders
• Work closely with Business Finance, Group Finance, Procurement and technology teams on budgeting, reporting and governance
• Ensure compliance with finance and procurement policies and internal controls
• Support month-end closing, accruals and reconciliations
• Contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects
