Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to process vendor invoices and staff claims in line with internal policies. You will administer GST and withholding tax accounting and reconcile entries against system reports.

The role involves monthly IA0 substantiation and Nostro ageing, with opportunities to participate in process improvement projects. You should have at least 2 years in banking and AP or reconciliation experience, plus strong IT skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in banking or related accounts payable roles.
• Experience with staff claims and Nostro reconciliations preferred.
• Operational proficiency in MS Excel; VBA/SQL/Python skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and staff claims per internal policies.
• Administer GST and withholding tax accounting for AP.
• Reconcile processed entries with system reports and balance sheets.
• Prepare monthly IA0 substantiation and Nostro ageing reports.
• Participate in process improvement projects and ad-hoc finance tasks.
