Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage 3-way match, post vendor invoices, and reconcile supplier statements. You will generate AP aging, perform SOA reconciliations, and maintain vendor accounts to ensure liabilities are accurately captured.

You will also handle intercompany reconciliations, expense claims, and monthly payment runs, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policy updates across the group.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3 way match of vendor invoices, debit notes and credit notes against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders and investigate variances.
• Post vendor invoices into the accounting system and ensure accurate coding.
• Check external service engineer OT claims before submission to the recruitment agency for invoicing.
• Generate AP aging reports and reconcile AP with the GL sub-ledger.
• Maintain vendor accounts and perform SOA reconciliations to confirm liabilities.
• Conduct bi-monthly intercompany reconciliation via Intercompany Reconciliation Tool.
• Verify employee expense claims comply with policy and post accordingly.
• Prepare monthly payment runs (GIRO, TT, cheques) following the payment calendar.
