Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an accounts payable professional in Singapore to handle vendor invoices and staff claims efficiently. The role involves GST and withholding tax accounting for payables and ensuring accuracy through regular reconciliations.

You will participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc finance projects, contributing to a robust financial control environment. Annual leave starts at 7 days, with a standard fulltime work setup in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and staff claims for payments; ensure adherence to internal expense policies.
• Administer GST and withholding tax accounting for accounts payable.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Prepare monthly internal accounts (IAO) substantiation/nostro ageing reports.
• Participate in process improvement projects and initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc finance projects as required.
