Qualifications

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting; ability to collaborate with risk & compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting; ensure trial balances are accurate.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate outstanding items with stakeholders.
• Maintain Chart of Accounts segments and ensure data integrity and governance.
• Administer user access to financial systems and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
